I worked in the worldwide cloud marketing team at IBM where I worked on a campaign targeted at developers. The process consisted of working in a diamond teamt to collectively identify strategy, user personas and pain points, customer journey, a campaign blueprint and nurture path. From there, we briefed the creative agency (Havas) and then oversaw digital strategy to optimize campaigns for A/B testing, paid media mix and partnerships, ads and future recommendations.
Media partners and channels included paid search, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, JavaWorld, Stack Overflow, QuinStreet, SDTimes, TechTarget and others
